Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria :(1) Randomized placebo-controlled clinical trials on myasthenia gravis;
(2) QMGs or MG-ADLs values used as the primary or secondary clinical indicator;
(3) Published in English;
Exclusion criteria :
(1) Using short-term intervention, such as immunoglobulin and Tirasemtiv;
(2) Continuous maintenance of minimal manifestation status among patients during the study;
(3) Crossover studies that did not report the efficacy of the first cycle.
