A literature search was conducted using the PubMed, Embase and Cochrane library databases to collect placebo-controlled RCTs related to myasthenia gravis with a deadline of May 20, 2020. The search keywords included myasthenia gravis and placebo.

A total of 12 studies with 25 treatment arms and 637 subjects were included in the analysis. These studies include 9 classes of drugs that can be divided into targeted drugs and immunosuppressants.
