Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria :(1) Clinical trials related to typical IgA nephropathy;
(2) Adult patients with IgA nephropathy were included as the subjects;
(3) Daily excretion of urinary protein was being reported;
Exclusion criteria :
(1) Clinical trials on specific types of IgA nephropathy;
(2) Trials used a cross-over study design, and the data of the first cycle were not reported;
(3) The report was not published in English.

Search deadline : November 18, 2019.
Language was limited to English.
The terms used : “IgA nephropathy”, Corticosteroids, Immunosuppressant, RAS blockers, Antiplatelet agents, N-3 fatty acids and placebo.
Literature inclusion and exclusion:
A total of 386 literatures were identified
319 literatures were screened
114 literatures were assessed for eligibility
40 studies were included in the analysis.
