To quantitatively compare the efficacy and safety of long-acting β2-agonist/long-acting muscarinic antagonist fixed-dose combinations (LABA/LAMA FDCs) for the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), a literature search was conducted using the PubMed and Embase databases to collect double-blind RCTs related to COPD with a deadline of Nov 11, 2019. The search keywords included arformoterol, formoterol, olodaterol, salmeterol and indacaterol. The endpoint for this study were the change from baseline in trough FEV1. A total of 22 studies with 44 treatment arms and 16486 subjects were included in the analysis.
