Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria :(1) Clinical trials and retrospective studies related to the treatment of NMOSD;
(2) The participants were NMOSD patients in the remission period;
(3) The drugs used in the trials included at least one of the studied drugs;
(4) The proportion of relapse-free patients were reported in trials.
Exclusion criteria :
(1) The participants were in the acute period of NMOSD;
(2) Only the combined medication group (except the basic immunotherapy) was included in trials;
(3) Trials used a cross-over study design, and the data of the first cycle were not reported;

Language was limited to English.
The terms used : “NMOSD”，Satralizumab, Eculizumab, Inebilizumab, Rituximab, Tocilizumab Azathioprine, Mycophenolate Mofetil.
Literature inclusion and exclusion:
A total of 1,481 literatures were identified
1,209 literatures were screened
54 literatures were assessed for eligibility
24 studies were included in the analysis.
